Some AMAZING examples of Massimo Bottura’s dishes. The first a ‘Oops, I dropped the Lemon tart’ with a special plate which looks smashed. The second a monk fish on squid ink and crumb to resemble a piano key as it’s inspired by the great musician Monk. Finally, the third, all five elements made from parmesan cheese to represent where the cheese originated.

I love this man, he inspires me. His passion and expressive nature touches my heart.
